Design Your Life 101 Workshop

In this 6 week online course, learn and apply tangible tools to find purpose, health, and fulfillment in life post sports career.

You'll learn the basic building blocks of:

  • Design thinking

  • The Mindfulness Model (including cognitive behavioral technique)

  • Sustainable behavior change principles

Then you'll actually apply your learnings by:

  • Selecting an area of focus

  • Setting goals, and

  • Learning how to work towards those goals

Here's what participating looks like:

  • 6 weeks of online workshops (about 30 minutes each week of short videos, interactive exercises, and connecting with other participants. Can be done on your own time!)

  • Weekly exercises/homework to reinforce learnings and develop results
