When you feel the urge to check email or Instagram for the 50th time that day, pause. Why am I checking this? Is there something, some emotion, I'm avoiding?
Create the pauses. Explore the space. It's within that space you learn what's really going on within you.
Because at the end of the day, that's what we care about, that's what matters. Not how many emails we receive, Insta likes we get, or whether or not we have the chocolate - what matters is how our heart genuinely feels. ❤
